How To Perform Low-pulley Cable Fly
- Place the cable grips at the bottom of the cable machine and hold them with your palms facing forward.
- Step forward from the center of the cable machine and straighten your upper body with your chest wide open.
- Bring your hands together in front of your chin by making an inverted V-shaped path.
- Slowly return to the starting position with feeling the tension on your upper chest.
