How To Perform Zercher Squat

  1. Spread your legs shoulder-width apart.
  2. Open your arms and place the bar at the folds of your arms.
  3. Lower yourself into a squat position while keeping your chest straight open and pulling your hips back.
  4. Perform squat while taking care not to bend your shoulders forward.
