How To Perform Hammer Bench Press
- Lie on the bench and grab the grips with both hands.
- Try to make an arched position with your back instead of keeping your back attached to the bench.
- Lift your arm with your chest muscles. At this time, don’t fully extend your arms to make it straight.
- Slowly return back to the starting position with the feel the tension on your chest.
