How To Perform Weighted Pull Up

  1. Attach the weight to your body and hang it from the bar (or pull up bar) with your arms wider than your shoulder.
  2. Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
  3. Go down while maintaining the position so that the upper body does not shake.
