How To Perform Underhand Barbell Row

  1. Stand with your legs hip-width apart and bend over your upper body to grab the barbell with your palms facing up.
  2. Keeping your back neutral and not arching, lift the barbell to knee height.
  3. Bend your arms and pull the barbell up to your abdomen while attaching your elbows next to your body.
  4. Feeling the stimulation on your back, lower the barbell and return to the position 2.
