How To Perform Single Leg Leg Curl
- While lying face down on the machine, adjust the machine so that the calf pad is just above the Achilles tendon.
- With raising your ankle, bend one knee and raise the machine.
- Slowly lower the machine while maintaining tension in the lower back, hips, and hamstrings.
