How To Perform Single Leg Leg Curl

  1. While lying face down on the machine, adjust the machine so that the calf pad is just above the Achilles tendon.
  2. With raising your ankle, bend one knee and raise the machine.
  3. Slowly lower the machine while maintaining tension in the lower back, hips, and hamstrings.
