How To Perform Pilates Jackknife
- Lie on a mat with your entire back touching the floor.
- Gently press the floor with both arms, bringing your legs together and lifting them vertically. At this time, straighten your knees and extend your feet.
- As you lift your spine off the floor, bring your legs together and push them straight up from the floor in a vertical direction.
- Return to the starting position by lowering your body in the reverse order.
