How To Perform Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift
- Stand in front of a kettlebell with your feet wide apart and your toes facing out.
- Grasp the kettlebell with both hands, pushing your hips back until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- While maintaining the pressure of the core muscle, straighten your legs by tightening your glutes.
- When the entire body, including the upper body, is straightened, complete the movement and lower the kettlebell to the floor in the reverse order and return back to the starting position.
