How To Perform Kettlebell Lunge Twist

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and make sure your upper body is straight while holding a kettlebell with both hands.
  2. Extend one leg forward and lower your hips until your knees form a 90-degree angle.
  3. As you lower your hips, twist your upper body in the direction your knees came out.
  4. Put your weight on the heel of your front foot, push your body upward and return to the starting position.
