How To Perform Jerk
- This exercise is a pretty complicate exercise that can be the cause of injury. Please consult a trainer who can guide this exercise before perform.
- Hold the barbell with the shoulder width and place it on the collarbone.
- Bend your knees and quickly raise the barbell over your head.
- Hold up the barbell with both arms straight.
- Stretch all joints to maintain the posture for a while, then lower the barbell on the floor.
