How To Perform Inchworm
- With your legs straight, bend your back and place your hands in front of your feet.
- Keeping your knees straight, extend both your hands forward one step at a time. Both hands move forward until the waistline is in a straight line.
- Do one pushup.
- Return to the starting position by moving both hands in reverse order.
