How To Perform Dumbbell Front Raise

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold dumbbells in both hands.
  2. Lift one arm forward while maintaining upper body straight.
  3. Lower the raised arm and back to the position in step 2.
  4. Perform the same exercise with another arm.
