How To Perform Clap Push Up
- Lie on the floor with your face to floor and arms next to your chest.
- With strength in your abs and glutes, lift your elbows vigorously.
- Clap while you are in the air with both hands are off the floor for a moment.
- Return to the starting position while maintaining the weight with both arms.
