How To Perform Cable Reverse Fly

  1. Hold the cable handles with your hands on a different side, and place yourself in the center of the cable machine.
  2. Bend your elbows slightly and pull the cables.
  3. While keeping the elbows at the same position, pull the cables back vigorously.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.
