How To Perform Cable Pull Through
- Set the height of the cable machine to its lowest
- Stand with your back to the machine holding the cable with both hands between the legs
- Slowly push the pelvis back while bending the hip joint
- Return to the starting position by pushing your pelvis forward and contracting your glute muscles
