How To Perform Cable Pull Through

  1. Set the height of the cable machine to its lowest
  2. Stand with your back to the machine holding the cable with both hands between the legs
  3. Slowly push the pelvis back while bending the hip joint
  4. Return to the starting position by pushing your pelvis forward and contracting your glute muscles
