How To Perform Cable Crossover
- Hold the handle in both hands and place yourself in the center of the cable machine.
- With the upper body slightly bent forward and the knees slightly bent, pull both arms in front of your chest.
- Slowly return your hands backward with the tension on your chest muscle.
