How To Perform Floor Seated Cable Row
- Sit on the floor with your upper body straight and grab the handle with both hands.
- With your back straight and your chest open, pull your elbows against your body as if you were folding the middle of your back.
- Slowly straighten your arms while keeping your back tight.
