How To Perform Barbell Jump Squat
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place a barbell behind the back of your shoulders.
- Do the squat with tight the core so that your upper body doesn’t lean forward.
- While maintaining the posture of the upper body, jump with push to the ground.
- Take the squat position when you hit the ground by folding the knees and hips.
- Keep in mind to bend your knees slightly to distribute the weight across your lower body.
