How To Perform Barbell Jump Squat

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place a barbell behind the back of your shoulders.
  2. Do the squat with tight the core so that your upper body doesn’t lean forward.
  3. While maintaining the posture of the upper body, jump with push to the ground.
  4. Take the squat position when you hit the ground by folding the knees and hips.
  5. Keep in mind to bend your knees slightly to distribute the weight across your lower body.
