How to set warm-ups, drops, and failure sets?

BurnFit exercise diary has multiple set settings, and you can input warm-ups, drops, and failure sets for each set

Try clicking on the number of sets in your workout plan!

Step 1. Click the set number

Step 2. You can set up the warm-up, drop and failure set (You can also set up the RPE!)

Step 3. Check out the set you changed
