How To Perform Smith Machine Split Squat

  1. Grab the barbell from the machine and place it on your back.
  2. Stand with your upper body straight with your feet hip width apart.
  3. Place a foot forward and bend your knees until they reach a 90 degree angle by lowering your bottom.
  4. During the movement, maintain your upper body and back straight.
  5. With the weight placed on your front foot heel, push to return to the starting position.
