How To Perform Single Leg Leg Extension
- Adjust the machine so the chair is just below the knees and the pads are slightly above the ankles.
- While keeping your hips from falling, gently push up the fixed part with one thigh.
- Slowly bend your knees while maintaining the tension of your muscle.
