How To Perform Seated Leg Curl
- While seated on the machine, adjust the machine so that the pad on the calf side is directly above the Achilles heel.
- With the ankle upright, bend the knee as much as possible to contract the back thigh.
- Slowly straighten your knees while maintaining the tension in your back thigh.
