How To Perform One Arm Dumbbell Row
- With your back straight and your body tilted, place your hand and knee you don’t want to exercise on the bench.
- Hold the dumbbell with the other hand and straighten the arm.
- Lift the dumbbell vigorously to the side of your body.
- While feeling the tension of the lats, lower the dumbbell and return to the position in step 2.
