How To Perform Lying Tricep Extension
- Lie on a bench and grab the bar with both hands and lift it vertically.
- With your elbows fixed, lower the bar over your forehead to the top of your head.
- Return to the starting position by lifting the bar. Your elbow should be stationary during this exercise.
