How To Perform Hack Squat Machine
- Stand on the platform of the machine and place your feet should-width apart.
- With your back and shoulders on the pads, slowly bend your legs and move downward.
- If you want to work more on glutes, place your feet on the upper part of the machine.
- After creating a squat position, slowly return to the starting position while pressing the platform with your feet.
