How To Perform Dumbbell Sumo Squat
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands and stand with your feet wide apart with your toes pointing outward.
- Sit while pushing your butt back with your elbows straight and your back tightened.
- While maintaining the abdominal pressure, tighten the glute and straighten the legs to back to position 1.
