How To Perform Dumbbell Fly

  1. With your palms facing each other, grab the dumbbells and lie your back on a bench.
  2. Place your arms out to your side while holding dumbbells in each hand at shoulder height.
  3. Push the dumbbells up from their position using your chest and by slightly bending your elbows.
  4. Draw a semicircle with your arms and back to the position in step 2.
