How To Perform Cable Twist
- Stand next to the cable and adjust the cable machine to shoulder height.
- Hold the cable handle with both hands with your elbows straight, and twist your upper body using the strength of your abdominal muscles.
- Return to the starting position while feeling the tension in your abdominal muscles.
