How To Perform Battling Ropes
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and grab the rope with both hands.
- With your hips slightly lowered and strengthening the core, alternately move your right and left hands up and down.
- Move your hands with the rhythm, so each rope appear as wavy.
