How To Perform Battling Ropes

  1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and grab the rope with both hands.
  2. With your hips slightly lowered and strengthening the core, alternately move your right and left hands up and down.
  3. Move your hands with the rhythm, so each rope appear as wavy.
