How To Perform Barbell Bulgarian Split Squat
- Hold the barbell shoulder-width apart.
- Put a barbell on your back, and stand with your feet.
- Pull one leg back and place it on the bench.
- With the weight on the forelimbs, lower the body until the knees are 90 degrees angle. Be careful not to tilt your upper body forward during movement.
- Apply strength to your glutes and return to the position in step 2 while supporting the weight with your one foot.
