How To Perform Archer Push Up

  1. Open your arms a little wider than the push-up position.
  2. Put your body weight on one arm and go down.
  3. Return to position in step 1 while maintaining tension in the chest.
  4. Go down and putting weight on the other arm.
  5. Repeat step 3 and 4.
