Addtion to both Android/Ios store refund policies (within 48 hours of subscription), we also follow the recommendation of the Consumer Protection Act and provide 100% refund for subscriptions made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not possible if more than this period has passed.

How to refund on Android
1. Direct refund request on Google Play Store
All users can apply for a refund directly on the Google Play Store. Link:Learn about refunds on Google Play – Google Play Help
Google Play gives a full refund for purchases made within 48 hours.
2. Send e-mail to BurnFit team
If 48 hours have passed and it’s within 14 days after purchase, you have the option to send us an email directly. If you send your Google Play ID (not your burnfit ID) to cs@bunnit.kr ,we will give you a full refund.
How to refund on Ios
Direct Refund on the App store
In the case of the App Store, we cannot provide a refund for the subscription.
Users can apply for a refund directly.
